Former players at Packers Pro Shop Saturday; Tundra Tailgate Zone and Legends Club Sunday

Leading up to the Green Bay Packers game against the Detroit Lions on New Year's Day, featured Packers alumni John Anderson and Mike Prior will be signing autographs and visiting with fans at the Packers Pro Shop on Saturday, Dec. 31, from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

The Tundra Tailgate Zone will feature Anderson on Sunday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. More information on the Tundra Tailgate Zone can be found online at www.packers.com/gameday/tundra-tailgate-zone.html.

Also on Sunday, Prior will be visiting with fans and signing autographs from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., in the Legends Club on the Associated Bank Club Level, an area accessible to game attendees with suite or club seat tickets, as a guest of the 'Alumni Meet and Greet.'

Anderson, a 1978 first-round draft choice from Michigan, played 12 seasons (1978--89) in a Packers uniform, appearing in 146 games as a linebacker. He registered 19.5 sacks, 25 interceptions, and a touchdown. He was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 1996.

Prior, who came to Green Bay in a trade with Indianapolis in 1993, played defensive back for five seasons (1993-98) with the Packers.  In his 96 games, he returned 28 punts for 266 yards, forced seven fumbles, and had eight interceptions. Additionally, his three postseason interceptions ties him for second place in Packers annals (Joe Laws, Tramon Williams, and Tyrone Williams).

Both former Packers players will be introduced on Lambeau Field during pregame festivities.
