Former defensive end Sebastian Barrie, who played in three games in 1992 for the Green Bay Packers, died July 31 from cancer, reported Ken Crippen, who compiles the annual death lists of NFL players for the Professional Football Researchers Association.

Barrie, 55, played collegiately at Prairie View A&M and signed with the Packers as a free agent in May 1992. He started the season on the practice squad, was activated on October 23 and placed on injured reserve on November 12. He was cut at the end of training camp in 1993 and wound up playing in 10 games for the Arizona Cardinals in 1994 and seven games plus a playoff game for the San Diego Chargers in 1995.
