GREEN BAY – Packers running back Jamaal Williams left Thursday night's game against the Eagles on Green Bay's first offensive snap of the game when he was hit in the head by Philadelphia LB Derek Barnett.

Williams was taken off the field on a stretcher, and it was reported in the press box he was being evaluated for a head and neck injury. He has been ruled out for the rest of the game but did have feeling in all his extremities.

Williams caught a short pass on the Packers' first play and was stood up near the line of scrimmage. Barnett then came in late and levied a big hit, drawing a 15-yard penalty. Williams was down on the Lambeau Field turf for several minutes being attended to by medical personnel.
