Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles also will revisit the Packers' long history as the team will wear their third jersey, a re-creation of the historic 1929 uniform worn by the franchise's first NFL championship team.
The predominantly navy blue jersey bearing an oversized gold circle on the chest with large navy blue numbers will remind fans, players and all spectators of the unique history and tradition of the Green Bay Packers organization. The uniform includes tan pants, navy blue socks and black shoes. Due to NFL helmet guidelines, the team will utilize its regular gold helmet without the logo and stripes. Packers coaching staff and team personnel also will be wearing the third jersey sideline apparel, with many of the selections featuring "Acme Packers," the team moniker from the 1921-22 seasons. For fans, uniforms, sideline apparel and other Acme Packers apparel are available at the Packers Pro Shop, both in the store and online at www.PackersProShop.com.
The game sponsor, Coke Zero, will host the Coke Zero Gameday Enter to Win Contest at the game from 1:25 p.m. until halftime. To participate, fans will enter their seat location in the entry form on the Packers mobile app. At halftime, random seat locations will be selected from the contest entries and Coke Zero staff will distribute prizes to winning fans who are in their seats and present a valid ticket for that seat.
Halftime entertainment will include 50 Oneida Nation Smoke and Social Dancers, performing dances to traditional earth songs that are centuries old. Also at halftime, the All Veterans Parachute Team will parachute into the bowl. Each member of the All Veterans Parachute Team is an active or former military service member.
