The eighth annual 'Project Leap!' is just around the corner and Lambeau Field is already preparing for a fun-filled day. The free community event taking place Saturday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. is focused on getting kids out of the house to enjoy non-strenuous physical activity.

In addition to the popular inflatables, climbing walls, bungee trampolines and face painting, the day will feature entertainment by the UW-Green Bay Dance Team.

The group is scheduled to perform six times, beginning each hour from 10 a.m. through 3 p.m. It also will offer six workshops following each performance.

'Project LEAP!' is one of four free community events the Packers host each year, each geared toward bringing families together.

For more information on the event, members of the public can contact the Packers' community outreach department at 920/569-7500.
