Wife Genesis, former teammate Gilbert Brown will induct former Packers safety into Canton

GREEN BAY – Former Packers safety LeRoy Butler has chosen his wife, Genesis, and former teammate Gilbert Brown to present him for his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction this August.

The four-time All-Pro safety made the announcement Sunday on Twitter.

Butler and his wife were married at Lambeau Field in May 2019, while Butler and Brown played together in Green Bay from 1993-99 and were key defensive contributors on the Packers' Super Bowl XXXI championship team.

The 2022 Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony will take place on Saturday, Aug. 6, at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton.
