GREEN BAY – Two undefeated prep teams from the Madison area will preview their upcoming showdown in the QB Challenge at halftime of the Packers-Rams game on Sunday.

Lodi and Columbus are both 7-0, the only unbeaten teams in the Capital-North Conference. Lodi is ranked No. 1 and Columbus is No. 4 in the Division 4 Wissports.net state coaches poll, and they will meet in their regular-season finale on Friday, Oct. 16 in Lodi.

Columbus hasn't beaten Lodi since 2004, though the Cardinals came close last year, losing just 10-7 to the Blue Devils.

Five days before the big showdown, the two teams will compete in the QB Challenge at Lambeau Field.

Lodi will bring QB Garrett Schreiber along with wide receivers Rob Volk and Derek Paulson. Schreiber has thrown for 627 yards and seven TDs this season, with Paulson leading the receiving corps with four TD receptions.

Columbus will feature QB Peyton Henry along with receivers Kevin Hussey and Noah Coughlin. Henry has thrown for 517 yards and 12 TDs this season, while Hussey and Coughlin each have five TD grabs.
