The 2002 Nate Wayne Charity Celebrity Bowl is just around the corner and Packers fans not only have the opportunity to rub elbows with some of their favorite Packers players, but to benefit a pair of remarkable charities at the same time.

The event will be staged at Green Bay's Riviera Lanes, Friday, Nov. 1, at 6:00 p.m. Fans can either buy a ticket to watch the event ($35), enter a team of five that will be paired with a celebrity player, or become an event sponsor.

Proceeds will benefit Coats for Kids and Cerebral Palsy, Inc.

All guests will receive a buffet-style dinner including food from various area restaurants. They also have the opportunity to bid in the silent auction, and have a chance to win a new car in the "Turkey Shoot."

For more information on the event, call (877) 798-6179, or submit an email to IMTSports@aol.com.
