While bringing in the New Year, the Green Bay Packers will take on the Detroit Lions while dedicating the game to showing appreciation to Packers fans.
Throughout the game, fans at Lambeau Field will have the opportunity to win great prizes. Some prizes include a DVD copy of "America's Game," featuring the 2010 Packers, $250 Kohl's gift cards, four Ariens Snow Thros, and a "text to win" trip for two.
For halftime entertainment, another trip will be given away during a contest sponsored by Packers Fan Tours.
Upon entering the stadium fans will receive a complimentary team photo from Kohl's.
Winners of the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Fit Kids Ticket Giveaway Contest will be recognized pre-game, due to their efforts to stay healthy and get fit. Students qualified for the chance to go to the game by submitting an essay or poster that described what they do to stay healthy.

Jed Kennedy, of Kenosha Bradford High School, has been named the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association/Green Bay Packers Coach of the Year, a program presented by the Wisconsin National Guard.
This past year, Kennedy took his 14-0 Red Devils to the WIAA Division 1 State Championship where they beat Wisconsin Rapids 7-0.
Kennedy will be presented with the award at the Packers game before kickoff, and honored on Jan. 29 at the WFCA All-State banquet in the Lambeau Field Atrium.

Game attendees should remember to give themselves extra time to enter the stadium and be prepared for the wintery temperatures.The enhanced screening process may take longer than usual with the carrying in of blankets and heavier clothing.
The national anthemwill be performed byJohn Vincent, an up-and-coming artist of DITKA Records. A flyover of two Navy Super Hornets will follow the national anthem.
