With only three weeks of the regular season remaining, Saturday's contest between the first-place Barcelona Dragons (5-2) and the second-place Frankfurt Galaxy (4-3) will have significant implications on the run for World Bowl XI.

The Rhein Fire (4-3) also own a share of second place and will be hosting the last-place Berlin Thunder this Sunday at 1 p.m. CT on FOX.

The top two teams at the end of the 10-week season will battle for the World Bowl title in Glasgow, Scotland, June 14.

Hoping to help the Galaxy toward a bowl appearance will be Packers defensive back Jeremy Unertl and punter Tim Morgan.

Originally a safety, Unertl has been moved to cornerback in NFLE due to Frankfurt's injury situation. He has two interceptions and will make his second straight start at corner this weekend.

Morgan has been used rather sparingly, with only 27 punts on the season, but his 40.9-yard average is second only to Barcelona's Nick Murphy (Minnesota Vikings), who leads the league at 42.1.

To get a win, the Galaxy defense will have to force Dragons quarterback Seth Burford (San Diego Chargers) to make a few mistakes. Burford has thrown for only 732 yards this season, but his 91.9 passer rating leads the league, thanks to his seven touchdowns compared to only one interception.

The Frankfurt-Barcelona game will be televised to United States audiences on DirecTV at 10:30 a.m. CT, Saturday.

Also Saturday, the Scottish Claymores will look for their second straight win when they take on the Amsterdam Admirals in a battle of 3-4 teams.

Last week Packers quarterback Craig Nall threw for two touchdowns in the Claymores' 33-0 triumph over Rhein. This week he'll look to add to his league-leading 11 TDs.

The Scotland defense, which includes Packers Bobby Jackson, Isaac Keys and Jermaine Petty, will be up against the league's second-most potent offense in terms of yards-per-game.

The Admirals are averaging 344 yards per contest largely due to quarterback Shaun Hill (Minnesota Vikings), who leads the league with 148 completions for 1,470 yards.

One of Hill's targets is Packers wide receiver Travis Williams.

The Scotland-Amsterdam game will be televised on FOX Sports Net at noon CT, Saturday.
