Packers add to coaching staff

Todd Hunt spent past five seasons as Cincinnati's assistant strength & conditioning coach

The Green Bay Packers have hired Todd Hunt as a strength & conditioning assistant. Head Coach Matt LaFleur made the announcement on Wednesday.

Hunt joins Green Bay after spending the past five seasons as an assistant strength & conditioning coach with the Cincinnati Bengals (2019-23). He joined the Bengals after spending the 2018 season at the University of Illinois, where he served as assistant strength coach for the football team. Prior to his time at Illinois, Hunt served as a graduate assistant at his alma mater, Fresno State University, from 2016-17 and worked with the Bulldogs' defensive linemen. Prior to coaching, he played defensive end at Fresno State from 2012-15, appearing in 47 career games with 27 starts. Hunt served as a team captain as a senior in 2015, and he also was the recipient of the team's outstanding lineman of the year award for defense.
