The Green Bay Packers have signed LS Scott Daly and K Lenny Krieg (KREEG) to the practice squad. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Wednesday.

Daly (6-2, 248) is a sixth-year player out of the University of Notre Dame who originally signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent on April 16, 2018, but was released after training camp. He went on to spend time in the Alliance of American Football (2019) and the XFL (2020) before signing with the Detroit Lions on May 4, 2021. Daly played in 42 games for the Lions from 2021-23. Krieg (6-1, 210), who is from Berlin, Germany, rejoins the Packers after a short stint with Green Bay at the start of training camp. He joins the Packers' practice squad as part of the NFL's International Player Pathway program. Krieg originally signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent on March 28, 2025, and spent last season on the Falcons' practice squad as part of the league's IPP. He signed with the New York Jets this past offseason but was released on June 1. Krieg appeared in 24 games for the Stuttgart Surge of the European League of Football (ELF) over two seasons (2023-24), going 19 for 26 (73.1 pct.) on field-goal attempts, with a career long of 52 yards. Additionally, he converted 101 of 126 extra-point attempts (80.2 pct.).
