GREEN BAY – The Packers have been awarded a seventh-round compensatory pick in the upcoming 2026 NFL Draft.

It will be the third-to-last pick of the entire draft, at No. 255 overall.

That gives the Packers a total of seven picks in the upcoming draft, one each in rounds 2-6, plus two picks in round 7.

Compensatory selections are awarded based on a team's net losses in free agency from the prior year, based in part on the contract values of free agents signed vs. free agents lost.

According to the NFL news release, the signings of offensive lineman Aaron Banks and cornerback Nate Hobbs, along with the losses of center Josh Myers, defensive lineman T.J. Slaton, cornerback Eric Stokes and linebacker Eric Wilson factored into the Packers receiving one compensatory pick.

Since the compensatory system was implemented in 1994 following the advent of free agency, the Packers have now received the third-most picks, with 54, behind only Baltimore (64) and Dallas (60).
