Packers CB Eric Stokes nominated for NFL Rookie of the Week

First-round pick caught his first career INT in Sunday’s win

GREEN BAY – Packers cornerback Eric Stokes has been nominated for the NFL Rookie of the Week after snagging his first career interception during Sunday's 27-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Packers fans are encouraged to vote for Stokes through Thursday at 11 p.m. CT. The winner will receive the NFL Rookie of the Week championship belt for Week 4.

The first-round pick recorded eight tackles, two passes defensed and a fourth-quarter interception off Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger that sealed Green Bay's third consecutive victory.

The other nominees for Week 4 include quarterbacks Zach Wilson (New York Jets) and Mac Jones (New England), receiver DeVonta Smith (Philadelphia), running back Najee Harris (Pittsburgh), and linebacker Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (Tampa Bay).
