INDIANAPOLIS – We've arrived, and we're ready to go.
Packers.com is in Indianapolis for the next several days to cover the annual NFL Scouting Combine, and here's a rundown of the coverage you can expect the rest of this week and through the weekend.
Today (Wednesday), General Manager Brian Gutekunst and Head Coach Matt LaFleur will both meet with the media. Their formal news conferences will be streamed live, with Gutekunst at 9:45 a.m. CT and LaFleur at 12:45 p.m. CT. Stories will follow.
Beginning Thursday and continuing through Sunday, all the draft prospects will be available to the media, position by position. Stories on key players and other intriguing notes will be posted each day.
"Packers Daily" videos will be posted Wednesday through Friday, and the popular "Three Things" videos recapping prominent thoughts and highlights will be posted each day through Saturday (we started with one last night when we got to town).
In addition, on-location "Packers Unscripted" episodes will post on Thursday and Friday, plus one wrap-up episode on Monday before we hit the road to come back to Green Bay.
After returning, a half-hour video special "Total Packers," which will include exclusive one-on-one interviews from the combine with Gutekunst and LaFleur, will air on local cable and be posted on packers.com, with the annual "Prospect Primer" online series scheduled to begin later in March.
