GREEN BAY – The Packers have picked up another receiver.
Green Bay has selected Notre Dame receiver Equanimeous St. Brown with its sixth-round pick (207th overall). He’s the third receiver the Packers have drafted Saturday, joining Missouri’s J’Mon Moore and USF’s Marquez Valdes-Scantling.
A college teammate of Packers quarterback DeShone Kizer, St. Brown caught 92 passes for 1,484 yards and 13 touchdowns in his college career.
The 6-foot-5, 203-pound receiver enjoyed the best year of his college career with Kizer as his quarterback, catching 58 passes for 961 yards and nine touchdowns in 2016.
