The Packers Tuesday reminded fans that Wednesday, Jan. 23, marks the close of ticket applications for Packers Fan Fest, scheduled for March 7-8 in the Lambeau Field Atrium.

The team also announced Pro Bowl players Donald Driver, Aaron Kampman and Al Harris will be participating in the popular event which gathers Packers fans with their favorite past and present players. The fourth annual event also includes a Friday kickoff event and a tour through the team's locker room.

On March 7, doors will open at 3 p.m., with a kickoff event at 4 p.m. and programming until 9:30 p.m. On March 8, Fan Fest doors will open at 8 a.m., with programming from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A total of 3,500 tickets will be available. Priced at $85 per person for the two-day event, tickets will be distributed via a random drawing to allow all fans an equal chance to obtain them. Fans interested in entering the drawing are required to submit an application with payment, a process that can be completed online. A $4 per order handling fee will apply. Fans without internet access can obtain an application from the Packers' ticket office, either in person or by calling 920/569-7501.

Entries will be limited to one per household with winners allowed to purchase a maximum of six tickets. The application process ends Jan. 23, with online, in-person and faxed entries due by 5 p.m. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Jan. 23. Applying for tickets does not guarantee receiving tickets. Odds of being selected are dependent on the number of applications submitted.

Selected applicants will have their payments processed and tickets mailed by Feb. 11; no refunds will be offered for those selected. Applicants not selected will have a notification letter and returned payment mailed by Feb. 11.

The ticket includes, in addition to entrance to the two-day event, admission to the Packers Hall of Fame and a tour through the Packers locker room. Children 3-and-under enter free and do not require a ticket. Parking for the event is free.

Fan Fest presenting sponsors are Chevrolet, Goodwill Industries and Secure Horizons. Other sponsors include the Wingate Inn, The Ground Round, Citgo and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Further details, including player appearances, will be announced in the coming weeks.
