Fans attending Packers Training Camp, presented by Emplify Health by Bellin, are invited to interact with local nonprofit organizations through the Nonprofit of the Day program, a community outreach initiative that aims to connect nonprofits with community members at training camp.
The program, in its third year, will feature local nonprofit organizations at most weekday practices open to the public. This year, 20 nonprofits were chosen to participate from a field of nearly 40 submissions. Each organization will share information about their nonprofit, services they provide to the community and opportunities for fans to give back. Additionally, the nonprofits will be offering activities for guests to engage in.
Various Packers alumni will be making surprise visits to several of the nonprofit activations throughout training camp.
The nonprofits will be set up in the parking lot to the east of Ray Nitschke Field, between gates 1 and 2. They will begin interacting with visitors 90 minutes before practice starts. All practices are scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., but fans are reminded that start times are subject to change.
