Packers Issue Qualifying Offers

The Green Bay Packers have issued qualifying offers to eight restricted free agents, it was announced Wednesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Players receiving qualifying offers were S Atari Bigby, CB Will Blackmon, G Daryn Colledge, S Nick Collins, DE Johnny Jolly, FB John Kuhn, C/G Jason Spitz and CB Tramon Williams.

TE Spencer Havner, an exclusive-rights free agent, also was issued a one-year tender offer.
