The Green Bay Packers launched a new podcast today, "How 2 Sport," aimed at highlighting the experiences of women working in the sports industry.
Each 20-minute episode features a conversation with a woman who has built a career in sports, from female leaders in the Packers organization to women with positions in the sports, hospitality and events industry nationwide. Guests will share the pivotal moments on their paths to success, the challenges they've overcome and the key lessons they've learned along the way. The podcast is aimed at fostering community, providing insight and inspiring people who are pursuing or considering careers in sports.
The podcast is hosted by Packers manager of booking and event operations Megan Roberson, whose own career reflects the opportunities for growth available to women working in sports. A former collegiate soccer player, Roberson has played a key role in planning and executing major events at Lambeau Field, most recently serving on the Local Organizing Committee for the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay. She guides each conversation to shine a light on the impact women are making across the sports industry.
"Women belong in sports, both on and off the field," said Roberson. "There are so many opportunities for women to blaze new trails in this industry, whether as athletes, coaches or executives. We look forward to sharing the stories of women who have contributed to championship teams and created the ultimate fan experiences. How 2 Sport will help amplify their voices and inspire the next generation of women in sports."
New episodes will be posted every other week during the football season. The podcast's first season includes eight episodes and focuses on women with ties to the Packers and the NFL, and the broader sports and hospitality industry. Future episodes may highlight athletes, content creators and franchise owners and executives across the country.
