The Green Bay Packers have promoted Peggy Prebelski to director of retail operations, Gabrielle Dow, the team's vice president of marketing and fan engagement, announced today.

In her new role, Prebelski will oversee all retail business units, including the Packers Pro Shop retail store in the Lambeau Field Atrium, retail concessions, Gameday store and ecommerce through PackersProShop.com.

Prebelski has been with the organization since 2004, when she began her Packers career in the Packers Pro Shop customer service representative call center. She was promoted in 2007 to customer service and training manager, where she has coordinated overall customer service needs, staff training and scheduling.

"We're thrilled to have Peggy leading the Packers' retail team," said Dow. "Peggy's extensive retail background, specifically in customer service, will allow us to continue providing valuable experiences for our guests. I look forward to Peggy's growth in this leadership role and her continued contributions to the Packers."

Prior to her time with the Packers, Prebelski worked at Procter & Gamble as a retail account representative, and as a buyer and human resources manager at Prange's department stores in Green Bay and Wausau. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1982, earning a B.S. degree in communications and a minor in psychology.
