Packers release K Giorgio Tavecchio

The Green Bay Packers have released K Giorgio Tavecchio. The transaction was announced Monday by Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations.

Tavecchio was signed by the Packers as a free agent on March 26, 2013.
