The Green Bay Packers will present three candidates for shareholder vote at July's Annual Meeting to join the Packers Board of Directors: Harry Sydney, Glen Tellock and Robert Weyers.

The candidate information will be included in proxy information being sent in June to more than 539,000 shareholders in advance of the Annual Meeting, set for Monday, July 27, at 1 p.m. in Lambeau Field. The three candidates were presented to the organization's Board of Directors at its meeting earlier this week.

Sydney is a six-year NFL veteran and former NFL coach, having played for San Francisco from 1987–91 and Green Bay in 1992 before serving as the Packers' running backs coach from 1995–99. He is the founder of My Brother's Keeper, a local mentoring program for boys and men. Tellock is the former president and CEO of Lakeside Foods in Manitowoc, where he worked from 2016 until his retirement in 2021. This followed a 24-year career at the Manitowoc Company, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, including president, chairman and CEO. Weyers is co-owner of Commercial Horizons, a property development company that has acquired and developed commercial, retail, office and industrial properties over 25 years.

"We're looking forward to presenting these three nominees for a vote of our shareholders," said Packers President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ed Policy. "They each bring unique perspectives and valuable expertise, from Harry's background in the NFL and mentorship programs to Glen's success leading businesses and Bob's entrepreneurial accomplishments. They will be fantastic additions to our Board."

Shareholders are asked to look for the proxy information in the mail or in their email inboxes in mid- to late June so they may vote their shares. Shareholders planning on attending the meeting will be provided with four Annual Meeting tickets for each Shareholder account, including accounts that have a joint or custodial registration. Shareholders receiving meeting materials electronically will be able to access print-at-home tickets upon voting their shares.

The Packers also are asking Shareholders who have not received any communications from the organization in the last 12 months to contact Shareholder Services to update their address, including street and email addresses. Shareholder Services can be reached at 855-8GO-PACK (855-846-7225), through packersowner.com or via shareholderservices@packers.com. More information is available online at packersowner.com.

Information regarding additional activities scheduled for the week of the Annual Meeting, including the schedule for Packers Training Camp, will be announced in the near future.
