The Green Bay Packers are preparing to welcome several thousand of the organization's shareholders to attend the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, set for Monday, July 27, at 1 p.m. at Lambeau Field.

Shareholders should note that the Lambeau Field Atrium will be open to the public for the entire day and entrance to the meeting will be available through the Oneida Nation Gate only to ensure only ticketed Shareholders and their guests are able to attend the meeting. Exit/re-entry into the bowl will be available to ticketed guests through the Oneida Nation Gate, which will open to attendees at 11 a.m. The Atrium will open at 8 a.m.

The meeting will be held rain or shine. Attendees are asked to prepare for the forecasted hot weather by wearing appropriate clothing and sunscreen and staying hydrated. Attendees are reminded that drinking fountains are available in the Atrium. In case of thunderstorms or inclement weather, the meeting will transition indoors. The presenters will conduct the meeting from an indoor location and video and audio of the meeting will be available on screens in the concourses and club level to allow shareholders and guests to continue attending the meeting. Attendees should keep their tickets handy for exit and re-entry scanning.

Shareholders, guests and fans are reminded that most Lambeau Field parking lots will be available, with the lots opening at 7 a.m. For a parking map, please visit www.packers.com/shareholdersparking.

Shareholders parking on neighborhood streets are reminded to follow the posted signs and normal regulations. Neighboring residents and businesses may be offering parking as well.

Limited accessible parking for those with special needs is available in the Lambeau Field lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Courtesy shuttle carts will operate in the main stadium lots starting at 11 a.m.to transport any guests with mobility challenges from the parking lot to the gates. Once inside the stadium, wheelchair assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who need a wheelchair are asked to bring their own.

Exclusive Shareholders merchandise will be available for purchase at the Packers Pro Shop, which opens for regular hours at 9 a.m. Shareholders of record will be verified by the address associated with their shareholder account. The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame will also open its doors at 9 a.m., offering a limited number of Lambeau Field Stadium Tours available starting at 3:15 p.m., following the conclusion of the meeting. Guests interested in taking a tour after the Annual Meeting are encouraged to purchase tickets online now at packershofandtours.com.

The Atrium Eateries will be open from 11 a.m. until the end of the meeting and 1919 Kitchen & Tap will be open for regular hours. Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the concourse during the event. The Johnsonville Tailgate Village will not be open for the meeting. Attendees are reminded that Lambeau Field and all of its businesses are cashless.

Shareholders are encouraged to visit the Shareholder Services desk in the Atrium before or after the meeting to update their contact information if it has changed.

The Packers are providing an exclusive livestream of the meeting for those Shareholders who are unable to attend. The livestream can be accessed online at packers.com/community/shareholders. Username and password details were provided to shareholders in the information section of the Shareholder proxy statement. The livestream will be available on most computers and mobile devices.

Shareholders and their guests in town for the meeting are invited to stay for Packers Training Camp, presented by UW Health Kids, with the first practice kicking off at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, and are encouraged to visit Titletown, as well as the Green Bay area's many attractions and events, listed online at www.greenbay.com.
