The Green Bay Packers signed CB Brandian Ross to the practice squad and released RB Marc Tyler from the practice squad. The transactions were announced Wednesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Ross, a first-year player out of Youngstown State, originally signed with the Packers as a non-drafted free agent on July 28, 2011, and spent the entire 2011 season on the team's practice squad. He was inactive this past Sunday vs. San Francisco. Ross will wear No. 39.
