The Green Bay Packers have signed G Jordan McCray to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Wednesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

McCray, a 6-foot-3, 322-pound rookie out of the University of Central Florida, was originally signed by the Packers as a non-drafted free agent on May 12, 2014. After spending the offseason and training camp with Green Bay, he was released on Aug. 30, 2014. McCray appeared in 44 games with 28 starts at UCF and was voted a team captain as a senior in 2013. He will wear No. 62 for the Packers.
