The Green Bay Packers signed WR Reggie Begelton (BEG-ul-tin) to the active roster from the practice squad and elevated LB De'Jon Harris (DEE-jhon) and DL Billy Winn from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday. The transactions were announced Monday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.
