Packers to host area's first NFL FLAG Regional Tournament in June

Weekend-long event to welcome youth flag teams from several states to Lambeau Field and Titletown

The Green Bay Packers will welcome dozens of NFL FLAG football teams to Lambeau Field this summer with the area's first-ever NFL FLAG Regional Tournament, set for June 24-25.

Registration is now open for NFL FLAG teams to take part in the tournament, with the first 50 teams to register receiving free entry courtesy of the Packers. Eligible teams include NFL FLAG teams in divisions 8u, 8u Rec, 10u, 10u Girls, 10u Rec, 12u, 12u Girls, 12u Rec, 14u, 14u Girls and 17u Girls from the following states: Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

The weekend will kick off with a special celebration event at Titletown on Friday, June 24, from 4 to 9:30 p.m. Participants can enjoy team introductions, photos with Packers alumnus James Jones, a skills challenge and fireworks to end the night. Early arriving teams that take part in the kickoff event will also receive discounted Lambeau Field Stadium Tours and Packers Hall of Fame passes.

Participating teams will have the opportunity to play on the same fields the Packers practice on, with tournament games set to be held on Ray Nitschke Field and in the Don Hutson Center. The fields will include ample bleacher seating for spectators to cheer on the teams. 

Tournament division winners will receive an entry into the 2023 NFL FLAG Championships at the Pro Bowl, along with a $5,500 donation toward each team's travel.
