GREEN BAY HEADS TO MINNESOTA TO FACE VIKINGS

• The Packers go on the road to face the division-rival Minnesota Vikings today in the 100th regular-season meeting between the teams.
• Including playoffs, the Packers have won12 straight games, which is tied for the longest winning streak in team history (1961-62).
• Green Bay has won eight straight regular-season games, the second eight-game winning streak of Head Coach Mike McCarthy's tenure (2006-07).
• The Packers are off to a 6-0 start for the first time since 1965 and only the seventh time in franchise history.
• The six previous 6-0 starts in team history (1929-31, 1944, 1962, 1965) all resulted in NFL titles for the Packers.
• Green Bay is the seventh defending Super Bowl champion to start the following season 6-0 (1986 Chicago Bears, 1990 San Francisco 49ers, 1998 Denver Broncos, 2000 St. Louis Rams, 2004 New England Patriots and 2007 Indianapolis Colts).
• With Detroit losing their first game of the season on Sunday, Green Bay is the lone remaining undefeated team. The last time the Packers were the last remaining undefeated team was in 1965.
• This will be the second straight season that Green Bay and Minnesota have squared off in the seventh week of the season. Last year, the Packers hosted the Vikings at Lambeau Field in Week 7, a 28-24 Green Bay win. That was the start of what is now an eight-game home winning streak for the Packers.
• The Packers swept the season series against Minnesota last season, the first time they had done so since 2007. Under McCarthy, Green Bay has swept the season series against the Vikings on three occasions (2006, 2007, 2010).
• Green Bay is off to its second 3-0 start on the road in the past 39 seasons. Both of them have come under the guidance of McCarthy, as the Packers also got off to a 3-0 start away from Lambeau Field in 2007.
• Including playoffs, the Packers have won six straight road contests and eight of their last 11.
• The Packers have their bye in Week 8. Since 1994, Green Bay is 12-5 (.706) in the game heading into the bye, and in the last four seasons, the Packers are 3-1 in the game before the bye.

SUCCESS IN THE DIVISION

• Today's game will mark the Packers' second contest against an NFC North foe this season, with Green Bay already posting a win at Chicago in Week 3.
• The Packers have a 22-9 (.710) regular-season record against NFC North opponents underHead CoachMike McCarthy, a divisional record that ranks first among NFC teams over that period and tied for No. 3 in the NFL behind only San Diego (25-7, .781) and New England (25-8, .758).
• That includes a 10-6 mark (.625) against NFC North teams on the road.
• Green Bay posted a 4-2 record in the NFC North in 2010, the fifth straight season under McCarthy that the Packers won at least four contests in their division. The Packers and New England were the only teams in the NFL to post four-plus wins in their division each year from 2006-10.

• The Packers rank No. 1 in the NFL in scoring at 32.8 points per game...Their 197 points this season are tied for the third most through six games in franchise history...Green Bay has scored at least 24 points in each game this season, a franchise first, and the Packers are joined by Detroit as the only teams in the league to accomplish that feat this season.
• Green Bay enters today's game with 699 overall wins in franchise history. With a victory, the Packers would become only the second NFL team to record 700 overall wins (Chicago, 724).
• Including playoffs, the Packers have a 13-6 record (.684) in dome games since Head Coach Mike McCarthy took over in 2006. That ranks No. 3 in the league among teams with eight or more road/neutral dome games behind the N.Y. Giants (9-3, .750) and N.Y. Jets (6-2, .750).
• Head Coach Mike McCarthy – Enters today's game tied with Mike Sherman (2000-05) for the fourth-most wins (including playoffs) by a head coach in franchise history with 59.
• QB Aaron Rodgers – Has posted a 110-plus passer rating in every game this season, the first QB since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger to accomplish that feat in each of the first six games of the season...With six straight 110-rating games, is tied for No. 2 in NFL history for the longest streak in a season behind only 49ers QB Steve Young (seven in 1994)...Including the playoffs, has posted a 110-plus passer rating in 14 of his last 17 starts...Leads the NFL with a 122.5 passer rating through Week 6.
