Some news tastes are being added to the mix at Lambeau Field. Paparazzi Pizzeria and Frozen in Time Ice Cream Shop will open for business on Friday, November 7, in the Lambeau Field Atrium.

The Supple Restaurant Group, the Oshkosh-based company that also operates Fratello's Presto and the Meat Packing Company, two of the Atrium Eateries, will operate the two year-round restaurants, which are located on the Atrium's main level.

"We're excited to have an everyday presence at the Atrium, in addition to our game day and special events fare at Fratello's Presto and the Meat Packing Co.," said Jay Supple, co-owner of the Supple Restaurant Group. "It's great to be able to expand our partnership with the Green Bay Packers and to serve Packers fans and others with more great food choices."

Paparazzi Pizzeria is described as the perfect place for families and friends to celebrate the tradition of Lambeau Field amid a myriad of paparazzi photos that put the guests at center stage.

Paparazzi Pizzeria features family-sized pizzas made in a huge display stone-fired pizza oven. The menu also features Scampi Pomedora and Prusciutto Ham and Sweet Pea Linguini and other fabulous fresh pasta dishes, as well as Grilled Swordfish, Roasted Halibut and an assortment of delicious sandwiches.

Frozen in Time Ice Cream Shop offers an old-time ice cream parlor atmosphere that takes guests back to the 1950s, serving Breyers(r) Ice Cream, a popular local favorite.

The menu of tempting sweet treats includes Mocha Parfait, S'more Sundae and other tantalizing ice cream delights.

The two restaurants cover approximately 9,000 square feet in the Atrium, with seating for about 275 people.

"We think we've created a unique, friendly setting that people will want to tell their friends about," said John Supple, co-owner of the Supple Restaurant Group. "We have pizza, we have ice cream and we have the Packers, all in one location."

The two new restaurants add to the year-round draw of the Atrium.

"We set a goal to create a fan friendly and family friendly atmosphere at the renovated Lambeau Field," said Steve Klegon, Packers Director of Atrium Business Development. "The additions of Frozen in Time and Paparazzi are an important part of the mix of attractions for those who want to experience Lambeau Field."

Lambeau Field Atrium is part of the $295 million redevelopment of Lambeau Field. The 365,000 square foot, five-story structure is designed as a year-round destination, with year-round and special event restaurants, meeting and event facilities, an interactive fan zone, the Packers Pro Shop, the Packers Hall of Fame and other exciting features.

The Atrium has seating for up to 1,200 for weddings, banquets, corporate meetings and special events.
