They might not step up on motorcycles, but Saturday a handful of Packers players will be on hand before the annual Packerland Ride in Green Bay to lend support to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Rob Davis, Donald Driver, Bill Ferrario, Aaron Kampman and Marco Rivera will sign autographs at McCoys Harley-Davidson prior to the ride, which begins at 11 a.m.

Registration for the event is Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 8-10:30 a.m. at McCoy's. Titletown Brewing Co. will host a pre-ride party Friday night, 6-9 p.m.

Ride participants are required to submit a minimum donation of $15, but are encouraged to collect additional pledges. Prizes will be awarded based on the total dollar amounts submitted by each rider and all makes and models are invited to participate.

Pledges for MDA are used to support the MDA Clinic at Bellin Health, MDA Testing and Counseling, MDA Summer Camp and MDA Research.

Saturday, riders will depart McCoy's, rain or shine, for a scenic ride through Northeast Wisconsin and will arrive in Algoma at 12:15 p.m. A live auction will be held from 12:15-2:30 p.m., in addition to crafts, food and music.

The ride continues back to downtown Green Bay on the Fox River, ending at Leicht Park at 3:30 p.m. An additional silent auction will be held, accompanied by free food, raffle awards and entertainment by Southern Justus.

Auction items include a framed autographed Rivera jersey, a weekend for two at the Cranberry Inn in Eagle River, a Door County Weekend Vacation in Sturgeon Bay and additional Packers items.

McCoy's Harley-Davidson of Green Bay is located at Highway 41 and Velp Avenue.
