Rivera and Flanagan to be featured alumni this week

Former players at Packers Pro Shop Saturday, Tundra Tailgate Zone and Legends Club Sunday

The Green Bay Packers are welcoming back featured alumni Marco Riveraand Mike Flanaganfor the Packers-Lions game on Sunday, Dec. 28. Leading up to the game, the alumni will be signing autographs and visiting with fans in the Packers Pro Shop on Saturday, Dec. 27, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

The Tundra Tailgate Zone will also feature Flanaganon gameday* *from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m., where he will be visiting with fans and signing autographs. More information on the Tundra Tailgate Zone can be found online at www.packers.com/gameday/tundra-tailgate-zone.html.

Also on Sunday, Riverawill be visiting with fans and signing autographs during that same time in the Legends Clubon the Associated Bank Club Level, an area accessible to game attendees with suite or club seat tickets, as a guest of the 'Alumni Meet and Greet.'

Selected by the Packers in the third round of the 1996 draft,Mike Flanaganspent eight seasons (1996-2003) with the club. A stalwart at center, he played in 98 regular-season games, starting 64 of them, and played the entire 2001 season without incurring a holding penalty. A key member of several formidable offensive lines, he was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2003, the first such honor for a Packers center since 1996.

Marco Rivera was selected by the Packers in the sixth round of the 1996 draft and spent nine seasons with the team (1996-2004). He started seven consecutive seasons at guard, the second-longest streak for a guard in team history. Consistently paving the way for successful offenses, Rivera was selected to three Pro Bowls (2002-04). Rivera was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2011.

Both former Packers players will be introduced on Lambeau Field during pregame festivities.
