This Sunday marks the kickoff of the Green Bay Packers Super Bowl XXXI 10th Anniversary Pin Collection program.

The Packers, in conjunction with several Wisconsin daily newspapers, are giving fans and collectors the opportunity to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Packers' victory in Super Bowl XXXI. The pins include 22 Packers players from the winning team, including LeRoy Butler, Brett Favre and Desmond Howard, plus General Manager Ron Wolf and a commemorative Super Bowl XXXI pin.

Fans attending Sunday's game against the Saints will receive a full-color, glossy collector's album that has space for 24 exclusive pins. Fans not attending the game can obtain a coupon in Sunday's newspapers for a free album which can be redeemed at a participating retailer for the collector's album.

Then, on Monday, Sept. 18 through Thursday, Oct. 15, "pin coupons" will appear in the newspaper each day. Coupons can be used at participating retailers, including the Packers Pro Shop, to purchase the Packers pin for $2.99, plus tax. A coupon from each day's newspaper is needed to purchase the next pin in the collection. If a coupon is missed, a "bonus pin coupon" will be available in Saturday's paper to purchase any previously released pin.

Participating newspapers are The Green Bay Press-Gazette, The Post-Crescent, Oshkosh Northwestern, The Sheboygan Press, Herald Times Reporter in Manitowoc, The Reporter in Fond du Lac, Wausau Daily Herald, Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune, Marshfield News-Herald and The Stevens Point Journal .
