With the upcoming Packers-Bears Thanksgiving game, fans tailgating at Lambeau Field are reminded that only grill cooking with charcoal or propane is permitted. It is the Green Bay Packers' policy to prohibit recreational fires, open flames and fryers in all Lambeau Field parking lots, including those surrounding the stadium.

Fans also are cautioned in the use of propane and other fuels used for barbeques and heating equipment. These units never should be left unattended or used within three feet of combustible materials or vehicles. Grills and other cooking devices must be elevated at least two inches above the pavement surface. All charcoal should be deposited in the receptacles provided. These polices are provided to ensure a safe and enjoyable tailgating experience.

Tailgating setup must remain within a 9' x 6' space behind each vehicle to allow for vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and the setup must be taken down and put away prior to leaving the vehicle. Grills must be supervised at all times by an adult, and be fully extinguished before being left unattended.
