Tickets for the Fifth Annual Brett Favre Celebrity Softball Game presented by Bergstrom Automotive go on sale Monday, May 3, at 10 a.m.
Tickets can be purchased by calling the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers' ticket office at 1-800-WI-TIMBER or 920-733-4152 or online at www.brettfavreevents.com. Ticket prices are as follows:
Box seats - $27.00
Reserved seats - $17.00
General admission - $10.00

The game is scheduled for Sunday, June 6, 2004, at 12 noon at Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton. The softball game will feature Brett Favre and the Green Bay Packers offense against the Green Bay Packers defense.
All proceeds will benefit the Brett Favre Forward Foundation. The mission of the Foundation is to provide aid to disadvantaged or disabled children who reside in Wisconsin and Mississippi. The Brett Favre Forward Foundation has contributed more than $1.2 million in its eight years of existence.
