Titletown development now leasing 'TitletownFlats'

Titletown Development LLC, the real estate development arm of the Green Bay Packers, today announced that TitletownFlats, the apartment building on the west side of Titletown, is now leasing a variety of apartment units with resident move-ins beginning this fall.

TitletownFlats, located along Brookwood Drive and Marlee Lane in the west end of Titletown, is a seven-story apartment building featuring 152 high-end units, ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom flats. Residents will enjoy exceptional access to deluxe amenities inside and outside the building, with the vibrant Titletown community and its daily activities and frequent events all year round right at their doorstep.

The building includes a first-floor leasing office and a two-story Amenity Center, which includes everything residents may need for comfortable, exciting living right at their fingertips: lounge space, a game room, community kitchen and drink bar and co-working spaces. Residents can utilize a fitness center with interactive cardio equipment, strength training equipment including TRX, and a yoga studio. TitletownFlats residents will also have access to an outdoor grilling area and patio with fire pits, a sun deck, a private resident only dog park and a heated underground parking garage.
