Packers QB Aaron Rodgers is one of five nominees for the NFL's Clutch Performer of the Week for Week 13 for his 61-yard Hail Mary TD pass to TE Richard Rodgers to beat Detroit.

Fans can vote through Friday at 2 p.m. CT by clicking here.

The other nominees are San Francisco QB Blaine Gabbert's 71-yard TD pass to WR Torrey Smith in OT to beat the Bears, Carolina QB Cam Newton's TD pass with 1:05 remaining in New Orleans, Tampa Bay QB Jameis Winston's third-and-19 scramble vs. Atlanta and New York Jets QB Ryan Fitzpatrick's TD pass to WR Brandon Marshall with :27 left to force OT vs. the Giants.
