Quarless played in 23 games with five starts in his first two seasons (2010-11). He finished his rookie season of 2010 with 21 catches for 238 yards (11.3 avg.) and a TD.

Quarless posted 62 yards receiving on five grabs at Detroit in Week 14 of 2010, the most receiving yards by a Green Bay rookie TE since Ron Kramer posted 68 at Detroit on Nov. 27, 1958.

Quarless was sidelined for the entire 2012 campaign as he continued his rehabilitation from a significant knee injury sustained at the N.Y. Giants in Week 13 of the 2011 season.

Quarless moved into a starting role in 2013 in Week 8 following TE Jermichael Finley's season-ending neck injury and responded with career highs in every category, catching 32 passes for 312 yards (9.8 avg.) and two TDs.

Quarless appeared in all 16 games for the first time in his career last season and started a career-high 10 contests. Quarless has appeared in every 2014 contest to date, recording two starts, 10 receptions and one TD.

Quarless was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and attended Penn State.

At the end of his career, Quarless held Penn State records for receptions by a tight end in a career (87) and single season (41 in 2009). He finished his career ranked second in school history for receiving yards by a tight end with 1,146. Quarless also capped his college career with a Penn State bowl-record eight receptions in the Capital One Bowl vs. LSU (Jan. 1) and then caught the game-winning TD pass in the final seconds of the East-West Shrine Game.

Quarless enjoys watching standup comedy and is a fan of Martin Lawrence's TV shows. He also enjoys writing music and playing video games, naming "Call of Duty" one of his favorites.
