Was one of only four TEs in the NFL last season to register 55-plus catches, 500-plus receiving yards and eight or more TD receptions (Rob Gronkowski, Jordan Reed, Gary Barnidge).
Registered 10 TD catches in 2014-15, tied for the most by a Green Bay TE in his first two seasons since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger (Bubba Franks, 2000-01). His eight TD receptions in '15 were tied for the fifth most in a season by a Packers TE.
Caught a game-winning 61-yard Hail Mary TD pass on the final play of the game at Detroit in Week 13 last season, the second-longest come-from-behind game-ending TD from scrimmage in the fourth quarter in NFL history behind only Lions QB Earl Morrall's 65-yard TD pass to TE Jim Gibbons on Dec. 4, 1960.
