Montgomery was selected by Green Bay in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft with the No. 94 overall selection, the first wide receiver from Stanford to be drafted by the Packers since James Lofton in 1978 (first round, No. 6 overall).

He scored his first profesional touchdown during Week 3's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

88 finished his career at Stanford as the school's all-time leader in kickoff return yards with 2,493.

He earned second-team All-Pacific-12 honors as a return specialist and honorable mention All-Pac-12 recognition as a wide receiver as a senior in 2014.

Montgomery registered a 27.4-yard average on 91 career kickoff returns and a 19.8-yard average on 12 career punt returns while at Stanford.

He appeared in 13 games with four starts as a true freshman in 2011, serving as the Cardinal's primary kickoff returner and also contributing at WR.

Montgomery earned his degree in political science at Stanford.
