Danny Gokey, the Milwaukee native and 2009 American Idol third place finalist, will perform the national anthem at Sunday's Green Bay Packers-Seattle Seahawks game.

As part of his appearance, representatives of Sophia's Heart Foundation, the foundation he created in honor of his wife who passed away just four weeks prior to his Idol audition, will be on hand in the Tundra Tailgate Zone prior to the game and in the Lambeau Field Atrium throughout the day to take donations and sell t-shirts.

The foundation exists to help mend and heal the hearts of children and families who have been touched by poverty, sickness, disease, broken homes and broken dreams. More information on the foundation is available online at www.sophiasheart.org.

Gokey's performance of the anthem will be followed by a flyover of U.S. Navy aircraft.

Fans also are encouraged to take in the Timberworks Lumberjack Show prior to the game Sunday in the Tundra Tailgate Zone. The lumberjacks, featuring world champions from Stihl Timbersports Series on ESPN, will perform 20-minute exhibitions at 9, 10 and 11 a.m.

The action moves inside Lambeau Field at halftime, where three lumberjack competitions will take place on the field.
