If you have questions about the Salary Cap, or want to talk to the man who has helped the Green Bay Packers retain such players as Brett Favre, Donald Driver, Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila and Ahman Green -- just to name a few -- then you don't want to miss Tuesday's exclusive Live Chat on Packers.com.

Joining us as our guest will be Packers vice president of player finance Andrew Brandt, who will sit down to answer your questions at 4 p.m. CT.

Brandt has been an annual guest on Packers.com, last year answering 61 questions!

A week ago on Packers.com we kicked off a new season of live chats with three outstanding sessions featuring president/CEO Bob Harlan, defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila and wide receiver Carl Ford.

Our live chat guests were thoughtful and forthcoming and had a wealth of fantastic questions to choose from.

If you plan to take part in Tuesday's chat, be sure to remember the following tips:

Be courteous and respectful. Packers.com will not post any profanity, and chat guests are unlikely to answer questions that are rude in nature. If you have 'tough' questions, think about how you want to word them so they will get answered.

Be thoughtful. Among the hundreds of questions submitted, the ones that stand out tend to get the best answers. Anticipate some of the common questions and try to ask something unique. Chats are often bogged down with the same questions being asked over and over again. Be different.

Send questions once. Sending the same question multiple times will not get your question noticed. Instead, your submissions will be flagged and ignored.

Finally, remember that this is your chance to chat with members of the Packers. Utilize the option to its fullest. We hope you have fun!
