LEVY RESTAURANTS TO HOLD JOB FAIR NEXT WEEK

Levy Restaurants, the company that oversees all food and beverage operations at Lambeau Field, is still looking for non-profit organizations who can provide 20 or more volunteers to work concession stands or run vending operations for the 2006 season.

Earning potential is $10,000-$20,000 per season. The groups must be able to provide volunteers who are at least 18 years old and requires a commitment to each game of the season, including preseason, regular season and any playoff games. Training is provided.

In 2005, 63 groups worked at Lambeau Field and collectively raised more than $700,000 for their causes.

Organizations interested in staffing one of Lambeau Field's concession stands are encouraged to contact Carli Allen, NFP Group Coordinator, for more information. She can be reached by telephone at 920/965-3755 or by e-mail at callen@levyrestaurants.com

In addition to seeking volunteer groups to work the concession stands, Levy Restaurants will hold a job fair from 4-6:30 p.m. next Wednesday and Thursday, June 21 and 22, at the Hall of Fame Grill in the Lambeau Field Atrium to provide information about full- and part-time paid positions at the facility.

Opportunities exist in concessions, private boxes, club, culinary, catering, warehouse, Curly's Pub and the Hall of Fame Grill. Experienced servers, bartenders, barbacks, food runners, cashiers, hosts, stewards, line/prep cooks, sous chefs, dishwashers, supervisors, vendors and non-profit group check-in staff should apply. The opportunities include game-day positions, in addition to daily operations.
