Lambeau Field is set to welcome fans for Thursday's preseason matchup between the Green Bay Packers and the Houston Texans.

Game attendees are reminded that while printed season tickets are still an accepted form of entry, PDF or 'Print at Home' tickets have been eliminated; those who purchased tickets online through the secondary market or have received forwarded tickets must use mobile tickets on their device to enter the game. Instructions and tutorials on how to use mobile tickets are available at packers.com/tickets/mobile-ticketing. Those using mobile tickets are encouraged to download their tickets to their device prior to the game.

The Packers are reminding fans of the NFL's stadium safety policy. No bags or purses will be allowed inside Lambeau Field unless they are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and are no larger than 12" by 6" by 12". Stadium cushions are also not allowed as a part of the policy, however, stadium seats and stadium pads that contain no pockets or zippers and are 18" wide or smaller are allowed. All fans entering Lambeau Field on gamedays will use walk-through metal detectors. For more information, visit packers.com/carryin.

The Lambeau Field parking lots will open at 3 p.m., with stadium gates opening at 5 p.m. The Atrium will be open to ticket holders at 1 p.m. via the American Family Insurance Gate, with exit/re-entry ticket scanning until 3 p.m.

Thursday's game is the annual Midwest Shrine Game. Since its inception in 1950, the game has raised more than $4 million for the Midwest Shrine's burn centers and hospitals. Janine Brass, a former patient of the Shrine Hospital and a fan favorite at the Shrine game for many years, will perform the national anthem.

To recognize 'Play Football Month,' the Packers have invited four teams from Wittenberg-Birnamwood Area Youth Football Program in Wittenberg, Wisconsin, to scrimmage during halftime. In addition, the Packers have donated 1,900 tickets to Thursday's game to youth football teams and Play 60 programs.

'Play Football Month,' a national campaign that takes place throughout the NFL preseason, incorporates youth football scrimmages at NFL stadiums and celebrates the values of the game and recognizes the efforts and contributions of youth and high school football players and coaches across the country.

Fans at Lambeau Field on Thursday can visit the Johnsonville Tailgate Village, the permanent tailgating and event structure in the stadium's east side parking lot. The space hosts ticketed and non-ticketed guests alike and will feature live music from the band Tent Show Troubadours, as well as food, beverages and a festive tailgating atmosphere.

Prior to the national anthem, the Packers and WPS Health Solutions will be recognizing several American Legion members through Operation Fan Mail on the field.

Fans entering all stadium gates will receive magnetic game schedules, compliments of Cenex.

During halftime, the High School Quarterback Challenge, presented by HPE and Camera Corner will take place on the field. The competition will feature players from Milwaukee Riverside and Milwaukee King High Schools.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is also reminding motorists that they should allow extra time traveling to Thursday's game, as commuter traffic and ongoing construction projects may cause travel delays.

The free Green Bay Metro gameday bus service is available again this year, with extended service to several areas of Green Bay. Fans visiting prior to or after gameday also are encouraged to use the free Green & Gold Routes, which are free each day and run every half hour between Lambeau Field and downtown Green Bay. Further details and route information is available at http://greenbaymetro.org/.

Thursday's game is a part of the Back to Football campaign, presented by Bellin Health. Other components of the campaign include Packers training camp and Packers Family Night. For more gameday information, visit packers.com/lambeau-field/gameday-information.
