Packers acquire T/G Darian Kinnard in trade with Eagles

The Green Bay Packers have traded for T/G Darian Kinnard in exchange for a 2027 sixth-round draft pick and released WR Kawaan Baker. General Manager Brian Gutekunst announced the transactions Monday.

Kinnard (6-5, 322), is as third-year player who was originally selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round (No. 145 overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft. After two seasons with the Chiefs he joined the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024. Overall, Kinnard has played in three regular season games with one start. He has been a member of the past three Super Bowl Champions (Kansas City, Super Bowls LVII and LVIII, and Philadelphia, Super Bowl LIX). Kinnard appeared in 46 games with 39 starts at Kentucky (2018-21) and in 2021 earned consensus first-team All-America honors, becoming the 12th consensus All-American in program history. He will wear No. 70 for the Packers.
