Packers annual meeting of Shareholders set for July 25

Event to coincide with festivities celebrating Packers' 100th Season

The Green Bay Packers 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Wednesday, July 25, at 7 p.m. at Lambeau Field. The meeting will take place rain or shine.

This year's meeting is scheduled to coincide with festivities celebrating the Packers' 100th Season, with a variety of activities for fans and visitors kicking off that week.

Full plans for the 100th season will be announced next week. Those looking to celebrate with the team during their time in Green Bay for the meeting should wait to make travel plans until the full slate of activities set for that week has been announced.

The shareholders meeting will also coincide with the beginning of training camp. The training camp schedule will be announced as soon as dates are finalized. Those in Green Bay for the meeting can also find plenty of events and things to do in the area at the Greater Green Bay Convention and Visitor's Bureau website, https://www.greenbay.com.

The formal notice of the Annual Meeting, including proxy materials, will be sent in mid-June. The organization again is recommending that shareholders receive their materials via email and subsequently vote online, as it is the most sustainable and resource-friendly method. Shareholders can register for this process online at www.packersowner.com.

Shareholders planning on attending the meeting will be issued four tickets for each shareholder account, including accounts that have a joint or custodial registration. Shareholders receiving meeting materials electronically will be able to access print-at-home tickets upon voting their shares. Shareholders who receive their meeting information via standard mail will receive printed tickets in that same mailing.

The Packers also are asking shareholders who have not received any communications from the organization in the last 12 months to contact Shareholder Services to update their address, including street and email addresses.
