ASHWAUBENON – The belt is back.

The WWE World Heavyweight Championship the Packers offensive and defensive lines competed over this summer made its long-anticipated return Monday night when Mike Daniels brought it with him to WWE RAW at the Resch Center.

Daniels, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Kenny Clark, Kevin King, Dean Lowry, Vince Biegel, Montravius Adams and Chris Odom were among the several Packers players who attended the event, helping prompt a chorus of 'Go Pack Go' chants throughout the three-hour show.

While the belt resided on Daniels' shoulder all evening, Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari made it known on Twitter which side of the ball still lays claim to it.

The competition, admittedly highly subjective in nature, went throughout all of training camp with the two lines fighting over the belt during half-line run drills.

The Packers have several ties to WWE. Daniels played with current WWE wrestler, 'Big E' Ettore Ewen, at the University of Iowa, while Mojo Rawley (real name Dean Muhtadi) went to training camp with Green Bay in 2009.
