Packers Contingent To Travel To Charlotte For Reggie White Funeral Service

A group of nearly 50 members of the Green Bay Packers organization, both past and present, will be traveling from Green Bay to Charlotte to attend the private funeral service for Reggie White, scheduled for Thursday.

Members of the organization who will fly on the team charter flight from Wisconsin to North Carolina will include president/CEO Bob Harlan, executive vice president/COO John Jones, GM/Head Coach Mike Sherman, vice president and member of the Executive Committee John Fabry, treasurer and member of the Executive Committee John Underwood, vice president of player finance/general counsel Andrew Brandt, director of pro personnel Reggie McKenzie, director of player development and former running back Edgar Bennett, strength and conditioning coach Barry Rubin, team historian Lee Remmel, head trainer Pepper Burruss, team physician Dr. Pat McKenzie, associate team physician Dr. John Gray, and equipment manager Gordon "Red" Batty.

Current Packers players who will make the trip to pay their respects to their fallen teammate will include quarterback Brett Favre, quarterback Doug Pederson, fullback William Henderson, guard Marco Rivera, center Mike Flanagan, kicker Ryan Longwell, and long snapper Rob Davis.

Some former Packers will travel with the team contingent, including former center Frank Winters, former tight end Mark Chmura, former nose tackle Gilbert Brown, former linebacker Bryce Paup, and former offensive line coach Tom Lovat.
