Packers fans are invited to bring the spirit of Green Bay to Houston a day early with a free Packers Everywhere Pep Rally on Saturday, Oct. 13, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. CDT. The festivities will take place at Brick House Tavern and Tap, located at 12910 Northwest Freeway.

Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy will take part in the pre-gameday excitement by greeting fans and participating in a Q-and-A session with Wayne Larrivee, the radio voice of the Packers. Packers alumni Greg Koch and Robert Ferguson will also be at the rally to socialize with fans, sign autographs and discuss their thoughts on the next day's game against the Texans. A round table discussion with Packers.com writers Vic Ketchman, Mike Spofford and the audience will conclude the event.

"We're thrilled to host another pep rally this season at one of our over 1,800 Packers Everywhere establishments," said Joan Malcheski of the Green Bay Packers. "It's free to the public and offers a chance for fans to visit with Packers alumni and Mark Murphy. We had a great response last year and at our pep rally last weekend in Indianapolis. We can't wait to meet new fans in Houston."

A variety of Packers raffle prizes will be given out including vouchers for Johnsonville Brats and Sargento Cheese. Miller beverages will be offered to give an even greater Wisconsin feel to the event.

Packers Everywhere, through its website (packerseverywhere.com) and mobile app, enables Packers fans to find official Packers establishments where they can watch games with fellow fans. Being a member also allows fans to attend events that are taking place in different areas throughout the country.
