Packers preparing for Tuesday's Shareholders Meeting

The Packers are preparing for the more than 25,000 Green Bay Packers shareholders who have requested tickets for the organization's Annual Meeting, set for Tuesday, July 24, at 9:30 a.m. at Lambeau Field.

Depending on actual attendance, the number of shareholders at Tuesday's meeting could surpass the previous high of 18,707 that took place on July 8, 1998.

Shareholders are reminded that the parking lots open at 7 a.m. and gates to the stadium open at 8 a.m. The Atrium is open only to shareholders until 1 p.m., when the facility opens to the general public.

Parking will be free in the Lambeau Field lot and is expected to fill up early. Limited ADA parking is available as well. Shareholders parking on neighborhood streets are reminded to follow the posted signs and normal regulations. Neighboring residents and businesses may be offering parking as well.

For those shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting, the Packers are providing an exclusive webcast of the meeting. The webcast can be accessed Tuesday online at packers.com/community/shareholders.html. Username and password details were provided to shareholders during the voting process and also on the "Important Information" document that was mailed with the shareholder proxy. The live webcast will use Adobe Flash and will not be available on Apple iOS devices (iPhones and iPads).

More information on the meeting is available at packers.com/community/shareholders.html.
